Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class customer service and product education in our retail stores. Educators engage with guests, share top-quality product knowledge, and authentically represent our community and culture.

This role focuses on executing omnichannel programs, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and contributing to a respectful, inclusive team environment. Flexible scheduling and physical store duties are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have the Right to Work documentation (varies by region)
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized service and solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value.
• Handle guest transactions and omnichannel programs per company standards.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with store leadership to resolve issues.
