Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead in Canada to drive the store product strategy and manage inventory across floor and back-of-house. You will supervise inventory shifts, coordinate stock, and ensure a world-class guest experience during scheduled floor shifts.

The role requires 1 year of experience in inventory or related fields, with leadership or mentoring capabilities, and a background in merchandising or logistics. Strong teamwork and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Oversee product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to foster a fun, productive inventory shift.
• Monitor product levels and communicate insights to support sell-through and availability.
• Analyze daily data to inform pricing and product focus decisions.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training processes.
• Provide coaching and feedback to develop team members.
• Create an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• As Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor and educate guests on products.
