lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, provide top-quality product education, and share authentic stories about our community and culture.

You will work to ensure seamless in-store and omnichannel interactions, restock and present products, and uphold our standards of service, safety, and teamwork. This role emphasizes inclusion, integrity, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have evidence of the Right to Work and comply with local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must be able to travel to the assigned store with own transportation.

Responsabilités

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating value and benefits of the product.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experience with accurate transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take action.
