Cozey is opening an Edmonton flagship at West Edmonton Mall. The Retail Store Ambassador will help customers find furniture that fits their home, guide product choices, and turn visits into orders, in a friendly, fast-paced setting.

The role offers part-time or full-time options with in-person training starting Nov 2. Join a growing online-first brand expanding its Canadian footprint and enjoy a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Friendly, approachable with customers and clear communication.
• Ability to stay organized and adapt quickly when priorities shift.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Comfort with physical work, standing long shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers and guide them through collection with furniture/design advice.
• Learn products inside out to answer questions confidently.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and own them until resolved.
• Capture customer details, create draft orders and follow up.
• Keep displays and merchandising aligned with Cozey standards; stay organized.
• Participate in ongoing training on products, selling techniques, store policies.
• Work with team to hit sales and KPI goals.
