Job summary

Cozey’s Montreal flagship on Sainte-Catherine Street West is seeking a Retail Store Ambassador to join the team on a part-time or full-time basis. You will deliver excellent customer service, provide furniture and design guidance, and uphold visual merchandising and store cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or customer service, with strong communication and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized and clean.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) when reorganizing the store.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing furniture and design consultation as needed.

Our Montreal flagship on Sainte-Catherine Street West is looking for customer-focused Retail Store Ambassador to join the rapidly expanding Cozey team on a part-time or full-time basis . As a Retail Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service by understanding customers' needs, providing furniture and design guidance, and maintaining the store's visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization. We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-driven individual who is excited to be part of a growing Canadian furniture start-up with very ambitious goals.

What you'll be doing

• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up to date on new products, sales techniques, and company policies.
• Work as a team to achieve sales and KPI goals.
• Collect customer information, create draft orders, and ensure customer follow-ups are done promptly.

Your profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a well-organized and clean work environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ready for some heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg) when reorganizing the store, and able to stand for several hours at a time.
