Responsibilities

• Receive mail, scan into software and file appropriately.
• Discard, shred, or forward mail as directed by customers.
• Answer inbound calls and in person inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers in person to retrieve their mail.
• Determine level of assistance and escalate when needed.
• Provide information positively and empathetically to build client relationships.
• Maintain inventory of mail and office supplies and prompt reorder requests.
• Support corporate office during busy times with customer service duties.
