• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., major features of each software application).

Responsibilities

• Develops plans to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals and service commitments; adjusts staffing and workload during shift.
• Promotes and implements safety programs; coaches on safe work practices and investigates incidents.
• Directs, coaches and guides employees; handles staffing, performance, and attendance processes and union interactions.
• Evaluates current methods and implements improvements to increase efficiency.
