Job summary

Air Canada is seeking a Workforce Reintegration Advisor in Toronto to implement and maintain airport attendance programs. You will manage rehabilitation-related cases for union members and collaborate with Rehabilitation Management, Occupational Health Services, Labour Relations and Operations.

The role requires strong leadership, communication and data reporting skills, with a focus on reducing absenteeism and promoting a safe, healthy workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and labor relations concepts.
• Experience with attendance and accommodation processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate attendance and workplace case management for stations.
• Lead local initiatives to implement station attendance programs.
• Develop a proactive culture for healthy and productive workforce.
• Coach and develop employees with feedback and action plans.
• Review absenteeism reports and data.
• Identify and address attendance and accommodation issues.
