Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator for its Buildings Division in Canada.

You will support scheduling, budgeting, documentation and cost control, maintain drawings and change orders, and assist with safety and QA/QC compliance on projects ranging from hospitals to multi-family residences. The role reports to the Senior Operations Manager and emphasizes collaboration with project teams, change management, progress reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of construction experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software.
• Knowledge of construction project systems, processes, and risk/change management.
• Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, budgeting, documentation and cost control tasks.
• Maintain drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders.
• Track change events, prepare notices, and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Contribute to safety plan development and keep safety and QA/QC records up to date.
• Support cost reporting systems and monitor cost accruals.
• Communicate professionally with clients and support strong working relationships.
