Graham Contracting, Ltd. is recruiting a Project Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Division.

You will report to the Project Manager and help coordinate, schedule, survey quantities, report progress, and ensure quality control across pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in general contracting, strong MS Office and scheduling skills, and a collaborative approach to align with safety and QA/QC standards.

Qualificações

• Education: Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling and project management software; strong coordination, documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Project Activities: Update schedules and budgets, maintain cost control, and monitor labour, material, and equipment throughout all project phases.
• Manage Documentation: Assist with drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and maintain QA/QC and safety records.
• Support Meetings & Reporting: Attend project meetings, record minutes, track action items, and provide timely progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Oversee Change Management: Monitor change processes, identify and track change events, and prepare documentation for review.
• Ensure Safety & Quality Compliance: Implement and monitor the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP) and Quality Plan (PSQP), including KPIs and NCRs.

Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is integral to coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control throughout the pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases. Working closely with senior staff, the Project Coordinator ensures efficient project execution and compliance with company standards.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

Compensation

• Salary Range $75,000 to $90,000 per annum
• Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
• Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
