Graham Construction in Toronto is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate, schedule, survey quantities, report, and ensure quality control throughout pre-construction to close-out phases.

You will work with senior staff to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to company standards, with a focus on safety, documentation, and timely progress reporting.

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years in a general contracting environment.
• Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/project management software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project activities: update schedules and budgets; monitor labour, material and equipment.
• Manage documentation: drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders; QA/QC and safety records.
• Support meetings and reporting: attend project meetings, record minutes, track actions, provide progress reports.
• Oversee change management: monitor change processes, track events, prepare documentation for review.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance: implement and monitor PSSP and PSQP, including KPIs and NCRs.

Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support the Infrastructure Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is integral to coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control throughout the pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases. Working closely with senior staff, the Project Coordinator ensures efficient project execution and compliance with company standards.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

• Coordinate Project Activities:Update schedules and budgets, maintain cost control, and monitor labour, material, and equipment throughout all project phases
• Manage Documentation:Assist with drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and maintain QA/QC and safety records
• Support Meetings & Reporting:Attend project meetings, record minutes, track action items, and provide timely progress reports to the Project Manager
• Oversee Change Management:Monitor change processes, identify and track change events, and prepare documentation for review
• Ensure Safety & Quality Compliance:Implement and monitor the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP) and Quality Plan (PSQP), including KPIs and NCRs

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education:Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Skills:Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling and project management software; strong coordination, documentation Skills
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a general contracting environment

Compensation

• Salary Range $75,000 to $90,000 per annum
• Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
• Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
