Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Buildings Division across pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases for medium to large ICI projects valued between $40M and $500M+.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate, schedule, survey quantities, report, and ensure quality control. Based in Ontario, you will work with senior staff to ensure efficient project execution while adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a general contracting environment.
• Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and scheduling/project management software with strong coordination and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities: update schedules and budgets, monitor labour, material, and equipment.
• Manage documentation: drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, QA/QC and safety records.
• Support meetings & reporting: record minutes and provide progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Oversee change management: track change events and prepare documentation for review.
• Ensure safety & quality compliance: implement and monitor PSSP and Quality Plan with KPIs/NCRs.

Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is integral to coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control throughout the pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases of medium to large ICI projects valued between $40M and $500M+. Working closely with senior staff, the Project Coordinator ensures efficient project execution and compliance with company standards.

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site

• Coordinate Project Activities: Update schedules and budgets, maintain cost control, and monitor labour, material, and equipment throughout all project phases
• Manage Documentation: Assist with drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and maintain QA/QC and safety records
• Support Meetings & Reporting: Attend project meetings, record minutes, track action items, and provide timely progress reports to the Project Manager
• Oversee Change Management: Monitor change processes, identify and track change events, and prepare documentation for review
• Ensure Safety & Quality Compliance: Implement and monitor the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP) and Quality Plan (PSQP), including KPIs and NCRs

The Right Tools for the Job

• Education: Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling and project management software; strong coordination, documentation Skills
• Experience: Minimum 4+ years in a general contracting environment

Compensation

• Salary Range $85,000 to $95,000 per annum
• Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement
• Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience
