Based in a HYBRID role, you’ll attend the office four days a week and build relationships with technology professionals while learning to identify, attract, and place top talent across leading companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduating soon or 1-2 years in Business Development or Sales.
• Internship, campus leadership, athletics, customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or sales experience is a plus—but not required.
• Military experience is also highly valued

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with technology professionals and business leaders.
• Identify and recruit top talent for exciting career opportunities.
• Develop new client partnerships through business development and networking.
• Match candidates with companies where they can thrive.
• Guide candidates and clients through the interview and hiring process.
• Attend networking events, including our Tech in Motion community events.
• Learn from experienced recruiters and sales leaders through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
• Grow your own book of business with the support of an experienced local team.
