Motion Recruitment, a Kelly Company, invites you to start your career as an Entry-Level Full-Desk Tech Recruiter in Toronto. You’ll gain hands-on training in technology recruiting, sales, and business development, with mentorship and real client exposure from day one.

Based in a HYBRID role, you’ll attend the office four days a week and build relationships with technology professionals while learning to identify, attract, and place top talent across leading companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduating soon or 1-2 years in Business Development or Sales.
• Internship, campus leadership, athletics, customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or sales experience is a plus—but not required.
• Military experience is also highly valued

This position is HYBRID and will be based in Toronto. You will be required to work in the office 4 days a week. You do NOT need previous recruiting experience to be successful here.

You'll learn to manage both the recruiting and sales sides of the business. Every day is different, and you'll gain experience in:
