A leading residential development company in Toronto seeks a Talent/People & Culture Generalist to support HR processes across the full employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, enhancing employee engagement, and overseeing HR administration. The successful candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in HR and strong communication skills. The role involves working in a hybrid model, allowing for flexibility while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to recruitment.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and using ATS/HRIS.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Tridel.
• Develop job postings and engage with hiring managers.
• Prepare reports and maintain HR data accuracy.
