Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Progressive HR experience in a corporate setting preferred.
• Strong recruitment, employee relations, and OH&S background.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned client groups and coordinate interviews.
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies.
• Lead cooperative education program lifecycle and partner with universities.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, accommodations, and terminations.
• Coordinate Health & Safety Committee activities and WSIB claims.
• Support leaves of absence, relocations, offboarding, and policy interpretation.
• Analyze HR metrics and translate data into insights for decisions.
• Oversee annual promotion nomination cycles and immigration matters.
• Lead or coordinate HR projects and learning initiatives.
