Job summary

Wärtsilä Canada seeks a PCM Coordinator in Halifax on a hybrid schedule (2 days in office). You will manage spare parts requests end-to-end for internal and external customers, serving as the main contact for quotations, orders, deliveries, and issue resolution.

You will collaborate with Sales and Parts Supply, ensure data accuracy across systems and dashboards, and support after-hours service when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain or spare parts operations.
• Experience in order management, customer service, logistics, or spare parts coordination.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts requests end-to-end from quotation to delivery.
• Be the main contact for quotations, orders, deliveries, and non-conformities.
• Coordinate invoicing and follow up on the order book with Sales and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure high data accuracy across systems and dashboards (Power BI).
• Prioritize requests, manage multiple tasks, and provide after-hours support when required.
