Job summary

Henry Schein Canada, Inc. is seeking a Service Coordinator to support day-to-day service operations in Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON. This hybrid role serves as the main contact for technicians and branches, handling parts inquiries, service updates and troubleshooting with a focus on timely warranty processing.

You will bring 1–2 years in inventory/parts service, post-secondary Office Admin training, and strong Excel/Outlook and customer service skills to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory control, equipment, parts or service roles.
• Strong Excel and Outlook skills with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day service operations as main contact for technicians and branches.
• Handle incoming calls to assist with parts inquiries, service support, order updates and troubleshooting.
• Manage warranty claims and warranty replacement orders with manufacturers.
