Job summary

Salesforce in Toronto is seeking a Sales Sourcing Recruiter for a 6-month contract. You will own top-of-funnel sourcing for GTM roles in a high-velocity environment, building pipelines and delivering qualified candidates to recruiting partners.

You’ll use advanced search tools, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with Talent Attraction to fill multiple openings, with a hybrid in-office schedule of at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a high-velocity environment.
• In-office availability at least 3 days a week.
• Proven expertise sourcing passive candidates via direct-sourcing techniques.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in ambiguity.
• Strong outreach writing that converts passive candidates into conversations.
• Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and the Agentic Enterprise value proposition.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain proactive GTM candidate pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Drive high-velocity sourcing for sales and GTM hiring, delivering qualified candidates to recruiters.
• Engage passive talent using advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and direct outreach.
• Translate vague hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies in a fluid environment.
• Partner with Talent Attraction to move warm pipelines to multiple openings.
• Track market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform strategy.
