Job summary

Jump is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the commercial team in Downtown Montreal. You will manage CRM records, track opportunities, prepare sales materials, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and bilingual communication in French and English, with a hybrid work arrangement in Downtown Montreal.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency with digital tools and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using a CRM; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an asset.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Self-starter with initiative and commitment to quality work.
• Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer records, opportunities, and activities within the CRM.
• Track opportunities, proposals, renewals, follow-ups, and next steps.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, sales documentation, and analyses.
• Produce reports and sales follow-up documents as needed.
• Facilitate communication between sales, operations, finance, and other teams.
• Coordinate orders, contracts, licenses, renewals, and customer requests.
• Support transition from sales to onboarding and ongoing customer support.
• Identify missing information and ensure proper follow-up with stakeholders.
• Participate in improving sales tools, processes, and workflows.
• Prepare contact lists and tools for business development and pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with marketing on sales content and tools.
