Job summary

ABL Employment Inc in Quebec is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, order management, and product listings. You will collaborate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Accounting to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Fluently bilingual in English and French.
Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, Sales, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, order management, or sales support.
Experience with GS1, ECCnet, EDI systems, e-commerce platforms, or similar portals.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

Process and manage customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely order entry.
Coordinate with Production, Shipping, and Sales teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on schedule.
Maintain and update product listings, specifications, and content within GS1 Canada, ECCnet, and customer portals.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with production planning to support customer demand.
Support new product launches by coordinating product information, pricing, packaging, and customer requirements.
Track customer orders from receipt through shipment and provide updates on any changes or delays.
Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and electronic files.
Provide administrative support to Sales and Accounting teams and assist with account-related projects.
