Job summary

Astus in Montreal is seeking a proactive Sales Support Coordinator to structure follow-ups, maintain CRM data, and coordinate between Sales, Operations, Finance and other teams. The role requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to move work forward in a growing environment.

After probation, there is a 4-day workweek; hybrid work with Montreal/Longueuil offices and group insurance are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a corporate coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing follow-ups.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with digital productivity, tracking, and collaboration tools.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support and CRM Management: keep client, contact, opportunity, and activity data updated in the CRM; support follow-ups, proposals, renewals, outreach, and next steps; maintain high-quality sales data; prepare or update sales documents.
