CIBC is seeking a professional for the Compliance and Global Regulatory Affairs (CGRA) – EWC team, based in Toronto with a hybrid work arrangement. You will support quality control, analysis, and governance by preparing inputs, dashboards, and materials for leadership decisions, with emphasis on regulatory adherence and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate across Oversight Functions, manage end-to-end quality initiatives, and contribute to transparency and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience executing quality control and continuous improvement activities.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services risk management is a plus.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying and maintaining quality control procedures and testing records.
• Analyze review results, trends, and themes to support reporting and governance.
• Execute a risk-based quality control program and track remediation actions.
