CIBC in Toronto is seeking an Audit professional to provide leadership and proactive control advice across the People, Culture & Talent and Legal portfolio. You’ll plan, execute and report on risk-based audits, manage multiple assignments, and collaborate across teams to improve controls and compliance.

Hybrid work arrangement enables 1-3 days on-site with other days remote, fostering a values-driven culture of trust, teamwork and accountability at the bank.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and executing audits in complex environments.
• Knowledge of auditing standards, accounting rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit planning, execution, and reporting for assigned portfolios.
• Identify control weaknesses and advise on best practices to management.
• Coordinate with audit management and team members to deliver audits on time.
