Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with multi-jurisdictional payrolls.
• Working knowledge of provincial employment standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; attention to deadlines and confidentiality.
• Experience with T2200/TP64.3 and payroll reporting systems.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process multi-jurisdictional payrolls for hourly, salaried, and commissionable employees.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, provincial, municipal laws and SOX controls.
• Prepare and distribute payroll-related reporting in a timely manner.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and assist year-end reporting requirements.
• Answer stakeholder questions with a customer-centric approach.
• Extract data from multiple systems for business review and verification.
