Job summary

Foothills Group Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Lethbridge, AB, with hybrid travel to Sparwood, BC. You will grow our customer base by developing commercial and fleet service opportunities across Lethbridge and Sparwood markets.

You will identify prospective customers, introduce our capabilities, and build relationships that generate repeat work, including mining sector engagements and mine-site service partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building and professional communication skills.
• Ability to travel to Sparwood and occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with commercial, fleet, construction, and mining customers.
• Prospect for new business throughout the Lethbridge and Sparwood markets.
• Visit customers and job sites to understand their equipment, maintenance, and service needs.
• Promote Foothills Group’s heavy-duty repair, mobile service, maintenance, and mine-site support capabilities.
• Develop opportunities for technician shifts, recurring maintenance, repairs, and other mine-site services.
• Maintain regular customer contact to support retention and repeat business.
• Follow up on leads and keep sales opportunities moving forward.
• Work closely with internal service teams to coordinate customer opportunities.
• Track customer activity, sales opportunities, and follow-up requirements.
• Represent Foothills Group professionally during customer visits, site meetings, and business development conversations.
