Job summary

Bradken Ltd. is seeking an Order Fulfilment Coordinator in Edmonton to manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, coordinating with Sales, Operations, manufacturing sites, suppliers and service providers to ensure timely completion.

The role emphasizes accurate processing, proactive communication and strong customer focus. The successful candidate will maintain order data in Epicor and Salesforce, build relationships with internal teams, and support continuous improvement in customer

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, order management, order fulfilment, sales support or similar role.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage customer orders from receipt through to successful delivery.
Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
Act as a key contact for customer order enquiries and updates.
Coordinate with Sales teams, manufacturing sites, suppliers, and service providers to meet customer requirements.
Monitor order progression and proactively communicate delivery schedules and order status.
Support forward order planning and ongoing order management activities.
