Responsibilities

• Process orders and client requests accurately and promptly by email, phone, and other channels.
• Respond to product availability inquiries and provide timely answers to clients.
• Manage client retail portals, route shipments, and enter information for ASN transmission.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the right person or department.
• Elevate complex requests to the appropriate team and ensure timely follow-up.
• Follow up on outstanding requests to keep workflow fluid.
