Job summary

Insight Canada is seeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant to join our Adoption & Change Management team. You will partner with Modern Workplace specialists to prepare client teams for technology-enabled change and drive sustained adoption of Microsoft 365 offerings.

You will lead discovery, develop adoption plans, create learning content, and facilitate user enablement sessions across multiple engagements, including Copilot deployments and SharePoint information

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing consulting, adoption and change management.
• Ability to lead workshops and build trusted client relationships.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client projects and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication; translate complex tech to business impact.
• Willing and able to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to clients around Adoption and Change Management.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand goals, audiences, readiness, risks and adoption barriers.
• Define success measures using feedback, usage insights and adoption indicators.
• Translate technical concepts into clear, practical messages for business users.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops, executive briefings and training sessions.
• Support Copilot and AI adoption through use-case discovery and reinforcement activities.
• Manage deliverables, timelines, risks, and communications across projects.
• Collaborate with project management and technical delivery teams.
• Be ready to upskill and grow within Insight.
