Job summary

Insight Canada is seeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant to join our Adoption & Change Management team and collaborate closely with our Modern Workplace specialists.

You will help clients prepare their people for technology-enabled change and achieve sustained adoption of solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and other Microsoft 365 applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing consulting, adoption and change management.
• Ability to lead workshops and present to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client deliverables and deadlines.
• Experience creating polished, audience-focused communications and learning materials.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical messages for business users.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to clients on Adoption and Change Management.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand goals, readiness, risks and adoption barriers.
• Define success metrics and use feedback to refine approaches.
• Translate technical changes into clear messages for business users.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops, trainings and end-user enablement sessions.
• Support Copilot and AI adoption through use-case discovery and governance guidance.
• Manage deliverables, timelines, risks, and communications across projects.
• Collaborate with ACM and project teams and upskill where needed.
