Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Calgary is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the frontline contact for customers, handling accurate order entry and proactive communication while ensuring a positive experience.

You will monitor ERP/TMS tools, resolve inquiries, and support SME outreach efforts under leadership guidance, with a focus on KPI performance and teamwork in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service (logistics or transportation preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent phone and email etiquette
• Ability to multitask and adapt workflow to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with TMS systems is an asset
• Ability to communicate in French and English

Responsibilities

• Enter orders accurately into the TMS system.
• Communicate ETAs, shipment status, and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Monitor reports and update TMS, customer portals, and EDI systems for accuracy.
• Provide high-quality service to all customers and collaborate with teams to improve experience.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues with professionalism.
• Assist SME outreach activities and document lead generation details.
• Follow SOPs and service-level agreements to ensure consistency.
