Qualifications

University degree in health sciences, business, education, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Minimum of 5 years building capability or driving commercial performance.
Proven track record of developing others and leading change.
Asset certification in instructional design, adult learning, or coaching (ATD, ICF).

Responsibilities

Design and deliver learning programs that strengthen sales and omnichannel engagement.
Listen to KAMs and leadership to identify capability needs and root causes.
Develop Canada-aligned learning plans and measure impact.
Ensure Canadian regulatory compliance in learning content and delivery.
