Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Senior IT Support Advisor in Canada to provide user support for IT applications, manage service requests, and oversee server administration. The role includes leading complex projects, advising partners, and shaping policies and standards across the unit.

Flexibility includes a hybrid work model and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The candidate will bring a minimum of six years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, fluency in French, and strong English

• Minimum of six years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of French is required
• Intermediate advanced proficiency of English required due to duties/work tools/interactions with partners

Responsibilities

• Lead specialized development projects, initiatives and activities impacting the organization
• Advise clients and partners to position, plan, develop, execute and monitor complex projects
• Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support strategic initiatives
• Identify, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
• Represent your unit before decision-making bodies
• Represent Desjardins’s position in agreements with external partners and organizations
