Job summary

Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc is seeking an IT Advisor to align, coordinate, and monitor technology initiatives across the organization in a hybrid Canada-based role. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison among business teams, technology teams, and partners, driving governance, risk management, and performance reporting.

With at least five years in IT, a DEC in IT or Business Administration, and experience in Scrum/PM, you will influence

Qualifications

• DEC in IT or related field; alternative in Business Administration is acceptable.
• At least five years in Information Technology with project leadership experience.
• Experience as Scrum Master or in project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and align technology initiatives with business priorities.
• Plan, analyze, and oversee technology initiatives under your responsibility.
• Prioritize initiatives to support planning and delivery.
• Monitor progress through analysis to implementation lifecycle.
• Identify risks, dependencies, constraints, and issues impacting delivery.
• Serve as main contact for stakeholders; foster collaboration across teams.
• Produce status updates, KPIs, and dashboards for governance committees.
• Track budgets and delivery efforts; support continuous governance improvements.
