Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project/program coordination experience.
• Experience supporting software/enterprise IT projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Jira and Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• SAP or enterprise software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from planning through delivery.
• Support software release processes and help ensure milestones are met.
• Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Security, and Business teams.
• Create and maintain Jira dashboards and project reports.
• Support Agile ceremonies and monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time.
• Identify opportunities to improve team processes and operational efficiency.
• Assist with release documentation and compliance-related activities.
