Job summary

CNL in Chalk River, Ontario, is seeking an HR Information Systems (HRIS) Manager to lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of our HRIS landscape. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–10+ years in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Technology.
• Experience leading full-cycle HRIS implementation.
• Experience with data migration, testing methodologies, and system configuration.
• Experience with change management, stakeholder engagement, and training development.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS strategy, governance, and vendor evaluations.
• Oversee HRIS implementation projects, including timelines, budgets, risks, and go-live activities.
• Drive organizational readiness and change management for HR transformation.
• Develop HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and business leaders to maximize system value.
