Job summary

CCC is seeking a Manager, Human Resources for a 12-month term in Ottawa, Ontario. You will lead a team delivering HR services and contribute strategically to HR programs aligned with CCC's objectives.

The role requires a university degree and at least eight years of HR experience, including five in management, with strong knowledge of compensation, payroll, and labour relations. This is a hybrid Ottawa-based position in Canada.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR, commerce, business administration, industrial relations, or a related discipline.
• Eight years of HR experience, with at least five years in people management.
• Knowledge of HR programs, services, and governance.
• Familiarity with legislation and regulations affecting HR in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team delivering HR services to employees and management.
• Oversee HR areas: policies, data analytics, job evaluation, total rewards, payroll, talent acquisition, labour relations, performance management and learning and development.
• Participate in Labour Management Consultation Committee and contribute to pay equity and salary budgeting.
