Job summary

Region of Peel is seeking a Coordinator for the Employee Service Centre in Corporate Services‑Human Resources in Mississauga. The role delivers payroll and benefits support, onboarding assistance, and HR policy guidance via ServiceNow to ensure timely responses meeting SLAs.

The position requires SAP/ServiceNow experience, knowledge of CRA regulations, and the ability to manage HRMS transactions with strong customer service and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience processing employee payroll and HR transactional data.
• Experience with HR technology systems, particularly SAP and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of CRA regulations, OMERS administration, and the Employment Standards Act.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support on pay, benefits, onboarding, HR policies, and OMERS via ServiceNow.
• Process and maintain HRMS transactions including new hires, transfers, leaves, retirements, terminations, and benefits changes.
• Administer biweekly processes in compliance with policies, collective agreements, and CRA regulations.
• Handle ROEs, garnishments, and union dues.
• Prepare biweekly/monthly reports and remittances.
