Job summary

SLR Consulting (Canada) Ltd is seeking a People & Payroll Coordinator to join our Ontario team. You will manage full-cycle payroll for salaried and hourly staff across provinces, maintain HRIS data, and ensure timely year-end filings.

The role requires 2-4 years of payroll experience, familiarity with ADP, Workday or Dayforce, and a solid understanding of Canadian payroll legislation. This is a full-time, on-site position in Guelph, Ontario with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar payroll role.
• Solid understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and provincial employment standards.
• Experience with ADP payroll systems is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS data management.
• Experience with Workday or Deltek Vantagepoint is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll for salaried and hourly employees.
• Process multi-province timesheets and generate related reports.
• Maintain payroll data and HRIS records.
• Prepare year-end forms (T4s) and ensure regulatory filings.
• Reconcile benefits and RRSP contributions with payrolls.
