Job summary

Fidelity Investments Canada is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead internal and external recruiting across Canada, primarily in Ontario. You will create targeted sourcing plans using social media, internal databases, job boards, networking, and events, and partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, collaborate with Talent Acquisition coordinators on administration, and contribute to projects advancing the talent

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as a recruiter, preferably within a corporate environment
• Prior recruitment experience is required
• Completion of university degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the financial services industry is an asset
• Bilingualism in French/English is an asset
• Completion of or working towards CHRP designation is an asset
• Strong communication and social skills
• Excellent sourcing and screening skills
• Ability to establish relationships with all levels across the organization
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, result-oriented environment
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities/demands
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about the investment/wealth management industry
• Proactive and persistent approach to meeting strategic objectives
• Discretion when handling confidential information
• Current work authorization for Canada is required
