Job summary

Cieslok Group Ottawa (Out of Home Media) is seeking an Account Executive to grow revenue in the Ottawa market. This field-focused role requires active hunting of new business, managing client relationships, and expanding occupancy across the BCC Ottawa shelter network, with a hybrid work model (3 days in office).

You will build pipelines, present proposals, manage full sales cycles, and report weekly activity to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in media, agency, or direct sales in the Ottawa market.
• Established relationships with Ottawa-area advertisers, agencies, and direct clients strongly preferred.
• Self-directed, highly motivated, and comfortable working in a results-driven environment.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and develop new direct client and agency relationships across the Ottawa market.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Prepare and present proposals tailored to client objectives, including written presentations, spec creative, and cost details.
• Manage accounts through the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution, campaign delivery, and renewal.
• Conduct venue tours and client entertainment to deepen relationships and demonstrate the value of the BCC shelter network.
• Build and submit a territory budget by account for the remainder of 2026 as directed.
• Submit accurate weekly pipeline and activity reports to the President & CEO.
• Monitor campaign execution to ensure successful delivery including production, installation, and proof of performance.
• Support collections on accounts 45 days or more in arrears.
• Maintain current knowledge of the Ottawa advertising market, competitive activity, and OOH industry trends.
