MT Talent Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive in Markham/Richmond Hill for a hybrid in-office setup.

You will drive new business with a full sales cycle, prospecting, pipeline building, and closing deals while delivering an exceptional client experience. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B sales, a proven hunter mindset, and strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven ability to hunt and win new business.
• Experience managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable prospecting and creating opportunities from scratch.
• Competitive, self-motivated and results-driven.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Collaborative mindset and strong team mentality.
• Ability to commute to the Markham/Richmond Hill area 3 days per week.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking and referrals.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored service solutions.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Consistently work toward sales and revenue targets.
