Job summary

Orangutech, an Ottawa-based IT consulting firm, seeks an early-career Account Executive in a Renewals track. You'll begin as Renewals Coordinator, managing client renewals and learning our government procurement processes, then transition to Account Executive with ownership of your pipeline.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships, and travel to Centretown Ottawa as needed in a hybrid role.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a client-facing role such as sales, account coordination, customer success, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable on the phone, on Teams, and in person.
• Very organized, able to juggle multiple deadlines and client priorities.
• A self-starter attitude: you take ownership and follow through.
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and willing to learn a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Phase 1: Renewals coordination—track renewal dates, prepare quotes, gather feedback, and flag renewal risks.
• Phase 2: Account Executive—lead client presentations, develop quotes/proposals, coordinate with teams, build pipeline.
