Job summary

A leading technology staffing firm in Toronto is looking for a proactive Fees & Reconciliation Specialist. This hybrid position involves adjusting client fee structures, assisting with account reconciliation, and supporting operational needs during high-volume periods. Ideal candidates will have bank operations experience and strong Excel skills. This is a Contract to Hire position with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour, requiring monthly in-office attendance.

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of banking operations experience (back office).
  • Strong Microsoft Office Experience and Knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills (English – verbal and written).

Responsibilities

  • Adjust client fee structures in accordance with branch instructions.
  • Provide operational support during volume spikes.
  • Assist with account reconciliation ensuring accuracy.
