Job summary

Solventum Canada is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Mississauga for a hybrid role. You will handle inbound calls, enter orders, and follow up with customers, including weekend work with flexible start times between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

EST. The position supports rental, sales, and owned business models and requires collaboration across Sales, Logistics, and Marketing. At least a Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma with 2+ years in Customer Service (or a High school/GED with 5+ years)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma with 2+ years in Customer Service OR High school/GED with 5+ years in Customer Service
• Two years experience with ERP systems and business applications such as Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft 365
• Fluent in English/French; strong reporting and analytical skills; exceptional order entry accuracy

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service by handling inbound calls, order entry, and follow-ups
• Support rental, sales, and owned business models by entering various order types
• Communicate clearly by telephone and written correspondence
• Investigate and resolve complex inquiries and issues
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Transportation
• Monitor customer service emails and respond to offline requests
