Qualifications

• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience in live entertainment, arts, or venues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual sponsorship revenue targets through new partner acquisition and renewals.
• Develop and execute the sponsorship sales strategy across Massey Hall, Roy Thomson Hall, and Allied Music Centre.
• Build and convert a qualified prospect pipeline and manage negotiations.
• Create compelling partnership proposals linking brands with live music and community programs.
• Maintain CRM records and revenue forecasts with accountability for targets.
