Job summary

Grainger Canada is seeking an Interim Coverage Seller to maximize sales opportunities by executing account strategies and delivering superior customer service. You will manage assigned accounts, identify opportunities, and collaborate with Grainger’s teams to provide effective solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship building, proactive selling, and leveraging Grainger resources to meet and exceed targets in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years experience in related field required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, phone).
• Ability to rapidly build knowledge of Grainger’s product lines.
• Understand and use basic selling techniques: opening, probing, presentation, overcoming objections.

Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and grow customer relationships with Grainger offerings.
• Develop partnerships with assigned customers and build loyalty.
• Identify opportunities that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate activities between accounts and Grainger’s departments to deliver solutions.
• Interact with customers regularly via multiple sales and service channels.
