Job summary

Grainger Canada is seeking a Sales & Service Representative (SSR) to deliver end-to-end Integrated Customer Solutions at assigned customer sites. The role includes inventory management, procurement, and on-site support to ensure operational excellence and a superior customer experience.

You will manage Grainger and non-Grainger materials, forecast and replenish to maintain accuracy and availability, and execute transactions through Grainger systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic and commitment to complete tasks.
• Focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Team-player with ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of industrial and safety products preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and clear, organized messaging.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Integrated Customer Solutions across stores/cribs, MRO, and supply programs.
• Manage inventory and procurement to ensure product availability and efficiency.
• Execute customer transactions and order fulfillment with accuracy.
• Build relationships through responsive service and value proposition.
• Support sourcing, vending, and VMI solutions to meet customer needs.
• Use reporting and product knowledge to drive sales and improvements.
• Maintain safety and compliance on site and in operations.
