Job summary

Grainger Canada is seeking a Field Operations Associate to support both branch and customer-site activities in a hybrid role. This position is part-time with a minimum of 24 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday during daytime hours, and involves travel to customer sites as needed.

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklift.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Background checks may be required for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience in the branch and on-site, including product selection and order entry.
• Capitalize on sales opportunities and build customer loyalty to meet revenue targets.
• Promote Grainger products and services and provide substitutions when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and complete required certifications.
• Handle customer transactions and provide timely updates on delivery and quotes.
