Grainger Canada is seeking an Interim Coverage Seller to maximize sales opportunities with designated customers by delivering account strategies and superior customer service. You will execute sales plans, engage with multiple Grainger departments, and maintain strong relationships to drive revenue.

The role requires 1+ year in a related field, bilingual English/French, and a proactive approach to cross-selling and solution-based recommendations across Grainger’s product lines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related field experience required.
• Bilingualism (English and French) required for regular interaction in both official languages.
• Customer service and telemarketing experience is an asset.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow customer relationships using Grainger's sales model.
• Identify new opportunities to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Grainger departments to deliver solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and purchasing needs in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer data in Salesforce.com to guide interactions.
